More Counseling Happier Clients
Does anyone know the difference between a sales person and a counselor. I feel that we, Realtors, should shift from being Sales people, to being counselors. We are living in a time of high pressure tactics and some are getting the bad end of the deal because of it. I believe that sales in any field is supposed to be about helping your client find what they really need, not what the sales person wants to sell them. I think as Realtors we should practice asking our clients the right questions, really dig and find out their motives. Why move now?, Why that area? What's important to you in your new home? In the end, happy customer equals smooth transactions and of course great referrals. Make you client happy by being honest, kind, and helpful!!
