FishHawk Ranch Named One of Best Places to Raise a Family, a research site that helps people choose schools and neighborhoods, has ranked FishHawk Ranch Number Two  on its list of the top places to raise a family in Florida. The website considered key factors such as the cost of living, public schools, family amenities, safety and the strength of the local real estate market in its rankings, among other criteria.

FishHawk Ranch earned a B+ for both the number of public schools and students in the area, and family amenities, such as access to parks, outdoor activities, libraries and other cultural offerings. The website also noted the diversity of the community, scoring FishHawk Ranch with a B. The fact that more than half of residents (57%) have earned a college degree, and that children under age 14 account for more than a quarter of the population (30%) also added towards FishHawk Ranch’s positive ranking.
